Swords for Slaying, Sketches

A new set of fantasy, bladed weapons!
For lots of these I started with a rough shape or simple idea in mind and went from there. I like for the weapons to look at least a little functional even when they start to get out there with their design. With this set, I tried out a new color technique to make the whole thing a little faster and it worked out pretty well. Besides working in layers, I like to go in a certain order with the colors which usually entails the bigger areas first working down to the more granular stuff.
